Action Required

Action Required collects work that needs a person or an external capability. It is a queue, not an approval engine.

Queue categories

  • Human review — ambiguous bindings, implausible results, or fidelity questions.
  • Missing data — named series or panels required to evaluate a claim.
  • Pending module — a claim specification exists but lacks a trusted executor.
  • P9 proposal — a survivor awaits authorized human review.
  • Operational failure — engine or infrastructure error requiring diagnosis.

Reading an item

Every item should answer:

  1. What stopped?
  2. Why did it stop?
  3. What exact action would resolve it?
  4. Which source, claim, run, and epoch produced it?
  5. Is the underlying decision still current?

Resolved, superseded, or prior-epoch items should not appear as active work.

What this page cannot do

The page may help stage a source or feedback item through a narrow write endpoint. It cannot change a verdict, fabricate missing data, approve P9, alter the corpus, or consume confirmation data.

Penrose is a falsification referee for quantitative trading claims. A verdict is evidence about survival under the referee, never a trading instruction.
